This site in my opinion has put a gun to Beaumont’s head and pulled the trigger. Yes, we have to modernise to attract new members I don't know what that is coz I'm quite old. Younger ones needed it's the same in the workforce I've worked 43 years in the same job and there are no young people replacing us they've just not interested unless they can work from home or on the phone. In the couple of years, I've been here I've seen the site go from strength to weakness. I don't know the answer and don't really want to get involved like a lot of you are passionate about. I can take it or leave it. But I'd rather not leave it.
