Following the valid comment by the very wise {Karen C, I thought I would add my two penneth on here.

As I posted in chat I have teardrop silicone forms. Advice from the seller was to wear either a mastectomy bra or a full cup bra. Now I do like nice undies and the thought of wearing a Doreen bra, thick cotton and solid was not an attractive thought. I ended up with Goddard Glossies bras from their online outlet shop. They look nice, not that anyone is going to see them, and they hold my forms in place.

I have wondered about the triangular shape forms; do they give a better outline and more natural shape? Anyone got any experience of comparing the two?
