A powerful message from Phil Collins.
I gave a Liverpool lad down on his luck a few quid for a coffee earlier this year.
He asked me politely to help and I said of course I can love.
I love you Scots girls, he said. You're always so generous.
I almost burst out crying in the street just before Cafe Nero.
My heart goes out to all those genuine people who have lost their jobs, their houses, their lives. It's so, so sad.
