Hello

I am currently looking for a new position. I have commenced my medical transition but I am not yet out. I estimate that I can conceal my physical development for a maximum of two years, should I need to. I'm not promoting this as a good idea, just as an estimate.

Have you been open with prospective employers when applying for new roles, or is this a topic that makes you concerned about the prospect of securing a new job?

Thoughts and experiences please.
