I went to Warrington Pride today, an event and place I'd never been to before. It was well organised and there was a large Trans contingent on the parade. The route was through the narrow pedestrian streets and inside the indoor shopping area. The noise of drums, whistles and chants was incredible. Shoppers were amazed! Afterwards there were stage performances in the town centre. Beautiful weather too.
